I contacted the Environment Agency to ask about fishing and they run a course for our Scouts at a local fishery for free. they supplied the whip Rods and bait with all the tackle and instruction on how the use it. they even supplied the fishing licence for the whole group for the day. al the Scouts cought at least one fish each.
