Here is a fabulous 3K family run and what a bonus! Look at all the other activities on offer on the day: climbing walls, a treasure hunt, storytelling, parachute games, trampolining, circus skills and British Military Fitness are just a few of the many, many, many activities going on this year! Phew!
As part of 'Let's Get Active!', there will be four main themed areas for you to explore after your run; Adrenalin/Urban, Nature/Relaxation, Children/Agility and Sport. With so much choice and talks and walks too, there is sure to be something to please every member of your family, so bring gran and grandad and make it a truly family day out!
